Physical Therapist Assistant – Flexible Schedule, Full Benefits What Makes This PTA Role Different This isn’t a high-volume outpatient role where you feel pulled in too many directions. This PT-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic in Delray Beach, FL sees 2 patients per hour, giving the PTA a steady pace and room to work closely with patients. The Role As the Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll help patients carry out treatment programs developed by the Physical Therapist. The work includes exercise instruction, functional training, mobility support, and patient education. Responsibilities Follow the Physical Therapist’s established plan of care Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and movement activities Support strengthening, stretching, balance, gait, and mobility work Monitor patient response and communicate updates to the PT Help patients perform exercises safely and correctly Reinforce home program instructions Complete daily treatment notes Support a clean and efficient clinic environment Florida PTA License required PTA Degree required Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Comfortable working with orthopedic patients Organized and professional work style Compensation and Benefits Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Schedule Flexible schedule options are available, including a 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
