Physical Therapist Assistant Location: Manville, NJ Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Salary Range: $70K–$80K/year DOE + Full Benefits Patient Load: 1 patient per hour Job Summary A private physical therapy outpatient practice is looking to add a Physical Therapist Assistant to its clinical team. In this role, you will support the delivery of rehabilitative care by assisting patients through treatment sessions designed to improve strength, function, and movement. You will work directly under the guidance of the Physical Therapist, provide hands-on support during therapy sessions, and contribute to a smooth and professional clinical experience for every patient visit. Responsibilities Assist with implementation of outpatient treatment plans Guide patients through therapeutic activities and exercises Track patient progress and report concerns when needed Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner Help maintain clinic readiness and treatment room organization Reinforce patient safety throughout treatment sessions Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Active New Jersey PTA license Prior outpatient experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Take the next step into an outpatient role where steady hours and patient care stay at the center of the day.
