Physical Therapist Assistant | Full-Time | Bilingual Spanish We’re hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a private outpatient practice. This full-time role focuses on helping patients move better, recover safely, and stay consistent with their treatment plans. You’ll work closely with the Physical Therapist in a one-on-one setting, and Spanish speaking is required to support patient communication. Location: Plantation, FL Schedule: M-F, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $65K-$75K/year DOE plus full benefits Responsibilities: Carry out treatment plans under the supervision of the Physical Therapist Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehab activities Watch patient progress and share updates with the PT Complete timely and accurate documentation Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking patients Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Active Florida PTA license Outpatient experience preferred Spanish speaking required PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Bring your clinical skills to a role where patient connection and clear communication matter.

Responsibilities
