Physical Therapist Assistant We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a private physical therapy outpatient practice in Sunrise, FL. This full-time position focuses on helping patients improve strength, mobility, and daily function through guided treatment sessions. Spanish speaking is required for this role. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $65K-$75K/year DOE plus full benefits Responsibilities: Carry out PT-directed treatment plans Assist patients with exercise programs Observe and report patient progress Maintain timely treatment notes Communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking patients Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Active Florida PTA license Outpatient experience preferred Spanish speaking required PTO Health Insurance 401K with 3% Company Match

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will carry out PT-directed treatment plans and assist patients with exercise programs to improve strength and mobility. They are also responsible for observing patient progress, maintaining timely treatment notes, and communicating effectively with Spanish-speaking patients.
