Key Responsibilities Provide in-home physical therapy treatments as delegated by a licensed Physical Therapist Support individualized care plans and track patient progress toward functional goals Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility, and home safety Communicate observations clearly with supervising PT and interdisciplinary team Document all visits and care provided in accordance with agency and regulatory standards Travel to patient homes throughout the service area (mileage reimbursed) Participate in team meetings, care planning, and ongoing education Uphold agency standards for compassionate, respectful, and compliant care Requirements What We’re Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of New Mexico Experience in home health preferred, but not required — mentoring is available Strong communication and time management skills Comfort working independently in patient homes Commitment to safety, quality, and patient dignity Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation Why Join Us At Corus Home Health, we’re proud to bring healing home — and to do it with heart.
