Description

We are now hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide home visits in the West Valley, AZ area. The ideal candidate has some prior experience within the outpatient setting and 1 year of experience. Flexible schedule and hours based on your needs. How many patients would you like to see each week? This position is available now and we will contact all candidates quickly. We will respect your privacy and your inquiry will be kept confidential. Job Requirements: Eligibility for Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. 1 year of experience is required. The PTA must have completed at least 2,000 hours of experience working with patients. Must have a minimum of availability to provide 6 patient visits per week.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services through mobile home visits to patients in the West Valley, AZ area. Maintain a flexible schedule while meeting the minimum requirement of 6 patient visits per week.
