Description
Description Pay: $46,000 - $56,000, in addition to potential bonus or revenue sharing options. Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with 3% match, 22–27 paid days off, Gym membership incentives, CEU support, and several other great benefits. Location and Staff: 736 South 900 East, Suite 106, St. George, UT 84790; https://www.mlpt.com/stgeorge/ The Position and The Company: Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. With one-third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we are putting physical therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment. This position has a strong sports and athletics focus, supporting an active population through athlete screenings and performance-based care, while also providing treatment for general outpatient orthopedic patients. The role may begin with limited hours as part of a growth initiative centered on sports screenings, with the opportunity to build toward a fuller schedule as the program and patient volume expand. Candidates should enjoy working with athletes and be comfortable supporting injury prevention, movement assessments, return-to-sport care, and evidence-based outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation. What You’ll Do: Manage a Balanced Caseload - Top performers treat an average of 12-14 patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient. You can double-book only if it's not excessive, you are comfortable with it, and does not negatively impact care. Autonomy in Treatment - You’ve invested time and energy into mastering your craft, and we respect your philosophy on patient care. Working in collaboration with your supervising physical therapist, you’ll have the freedom to use innovative approaches and apply the skills you’ve gained through continuing education to achieve the best possible outcomes. Collaborate with a High-Level Team - Work alongside experienced therapists and local medical professionals to deliver cutting-edge rehab. Why You Should Work Here: Less Time Documenting - Our AI-driven platform reduces documentation time by up to 40%, so you can focus more on patient care and less on paperwork. Flexibility with Professional Development: At Mountain Land, there’s minimal red tape when it comes to choosing your continuing education and advanced training. We support your goals and give you the freedom to pursue the learning opportunities that matter most to you. Requirements Current PTA License or ability to obtain (No sanction) A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy A drive to continue to learn and elevate your craft
