What You’ll Do: Manage a Balanced Caseload - Top performers treat an average of 12-14 patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient. You can double-book only if it's not excessive, you are comfortable with it, and does not negatively impact care. Autonomy in Treatment - You’ve invested time and energy into mastering your craft, and we respect your philosophy on patient care. Working in collaboration with your supervising physical therapist, you’ll have the freedom to use innovative approaches and apply the skills you’ve gained through continuing education to achieve the best possible outcomes.
