Physical Therapist Assistant Job Summary We are looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a PT-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This role is hands-on and patient-facing, supporting treatment plans that help patients move better, build strength, and return to daily activities. The clinic offers flexible scheduling, full benefits, and a patient volume of 2 patients per hour. Position Snapshot PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office 2 patients per hour $60,000–$70,000 per year 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Full benefits package Responsibilities Assist with treatments outlined by the supervising Physical Therapist Guide patients through exercise programs and functional activities Help patients improve strength, mobility, coordination, and balance Observe patient response and communicate updates to the PT Support patient education and safe exercise performance Prepare treatment areas and equipment Complete timely treatment notes Contribute to a smooth and professional clinic environment Active FL PTA License PTA Degree Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Comfortable working in an orthopedic outpatient setting Strong attention to detail Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Flexible schedule PT-owned clinic setting Grow your PTA career in a setting where patient care is steady, structured, and rewarding.
