Physical Therapist Assistant About the Position A PT-owned outpatient orthopedic office in Hollywood, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role with schedule flexibility. This position focuses on assisting patients through treatment plans designed by the Physical Therapist and helping them improve movement, strength, and function. The clinic maintains 1–2 patients per hour, so patient care feels organized, steady, and personal. Your Day May Include Helping patients complete therapeutic exercise programs Assisting with balance, mobility, gait, and strengthening activities Reviewing home exercises with patients Communicating patient progress to the supervising PT Documenting each visit clearly Preparing treatment areas and equipment for patient sessions Responsibilities Carry out the PT’s plan of care Provide safe and effective treatment support Monitor patient tolerance and response during sessions Support orthopedic rehab goals Encourage proper form and safe movement Maintain accurate documentation Work closely with PTs and clinic staff Help patients stay engaged during their recovery process Florida PTA License required PTA Degree required Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Good communication and organization skills Interest in orthopedic outpatient care Pay, Schedule, and Benefits Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience Schedule: Flexible — 4-day schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental & Vision Insurance, 401K with Company Match, and 3 weeks PTO Submit your resume today.
