Physical Therapist – Fort Lauderdale, FL Orthopedic Outpatient Role Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Position: Physical Therapist Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office Office Assignment: One office location only Pay: $50–$55 per hour Schedule: Flexible schedule available We are seeking a Physical Therapist in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a single-location orthopedic outpatient clinic. This role is centered on helping patients recover from injuries, improve movement, reduce limitations, and return to daily activities with better function. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, create care plans, provide treatment, and guide progress throughout the recovery process. This is a strong outpatient PT opportunity with flexible scheduling, full benefits, and a clear clinic setting. Schedule Options: 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations for orthopedic outpatient patients Develop treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and mobility training Adjust treatment based on patient response and progress Teach home exercise programs and recovery strategies Complete evaluations, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge summaries Work with the clinic team to support organized patient care Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant License Associate degree from an accredited PTA program Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred Clear communication and reliable follow-through Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401K plan with company match 21 days PTO Bring your PT skills to Fort Lauderdale and take on an outpatient role where patients can make steady, meaningful progress.
