Physical Therapist Assistant Job Overview A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient clinic in Pompano Beach, FL is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join its clinical team. The PTA will help patients complete treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist and support recovery through exercise, movement training, and patient education. This role offers a flexible schedule, full benefits, and a manageable pace of 2 patients per hour. What You’ll Be Part Of Orthopedic outpatient care PT-owned clinic environment Patient-focused treatment sessions Collaborative care with licensed Physical Therapists Flexible work schedule Responsibilities Follow and carry out treatment plans developed by the PT Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and functional activities Support improvement in strength, range of motion, balance, and mobility Observe patient progress and report updates to the PT Help patients understand proper technique and safe movement Prepare equipment and treatment areas Complete daily notes and treatment documentation Maintain a professional and welcoming patient experience FL PTA License required PTA Degree required Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Interest in orthopedic outpatient therapy Strong patient communication skills Compensation and Schedule Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience Schedule: Flexible — 4-day schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour Benefits Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Flexible schedule options Step into a PTA opportunity where you can support real progress without a rushed clinic pace.
