Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist Assistant will provide coordinated physical therapy services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and educating patients and caregivers on safety and mobility.
