QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of California.
  Pay Range: $35.00 to $42.00 per hour

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy care to patients
• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families, physicians, and healthcare team members to coordinate the most effective treatment program
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient medical records
• Create support plans to continue recovery and set rehabilitation goals
