This is not a high-volume therapy mill. Our clinic model supports focused treatment sessions, collaboration with Physical Therapists, and measurable patient outcomes. Immediate opening — interviews happening now. ---------------------------------------- WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT MANAGEABLE PATIENT SCHEDULE • Average 12 patient visits per day • Time to focus on individualized treatment plans • Collaboration with experienced Physical Therapists TECHNOLOGY THAT SUPPORTS CLINICIANS • AI-assisted documentation to reduce after-hours charting • Specialized vestibular and balance rehabilitation equipment • Organized clinic workflows that keep your day running smoothly ---------------------------------------- COMPENSATION & BONUSES Base Pay: $26 – $33 per hour (based on experience) Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus: Up to $1,000 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics. Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement: Approximately $66,080 – $80,640 annually ($31.75 – $38.75 hourly equivalent), based on full-time hours and consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics.
