Requirements What You’ll Do:Under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist: Provide treatment per established care plans Collaborate with PT's, families, and care teams Maintain accurate electronic documentation Educate staff and families on care programs Qualifications: Active PTA license in the state of practice Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient-focused mindset

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy treatments according to established care plans under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist. Collaborate with care teams and families while maintaining accurate electronic documentation.
