POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our therapy department. In this role, you’ll work closely with the supervising Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, support rehabilitation goals, and improve resident quality of life.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

• Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under the direction of a licensed PT
• Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the PT
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation of services
• Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support residents in achieving functional goals in a skilled nursing setting
