QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid New York State Physical Therapist Assistant License
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and/or Acute Care is preferred
• Familiarity with Rehab Optima or other EMR systems is a plus
• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

• Implementing care plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Documenting patient progress, treatment notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely
• Assisting patients in performing therapeutic exercises and daily activities
• Promoting a safe, positive, and encouraging rehabilitation environment
