Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist Assistant. The Physical Therapist Assistant plays an integral role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with autonomy in daily clinical practice. Working under the direct supervision of a Physical Therapist, the PTA carries out treatment plans, progresses exercises based on clinical judgment, monitors patient response, and communicates proactively with the care team. This role requires clinical reasoning, confidence in decision-making, and a commitment to holistic, team-based patient care. Qualifications Qualifications Proficiency in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practices Commitment to holistic care Effective communication and interpersonal skills Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy or similar degree and state licensure in Colorado Interest or experience in vestibular rehab and/or pelvic floor is a plus Salary Range - $58, 000.00 - $75,000.00 Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental, Health and Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Short- and Long-term disability PTO plus paid holidays Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:00AM to 12:00PM, 2:00PM to 6:00PM Fridays: 8:00AM - 1:00PM
