Responsibilities The Colony is looking for a physical therapist to join our team of 2 PT's and 2 PSS. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about caring for people, a true team player (help out anyone in clinic as needed), and open to marketing / building relationships. We currently treat orthopedics, oncology rehab, and weekend warriors but also open to adding service lines needed by our surrounding community. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
