Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist(Float)-Outpatient `Southlake & Grapevine $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience Responsibilities BSW Rehab Southlake and Grapevine team is currently seeking a skilled and motivated full-time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic,multidisciplinary outpatient team. Our patient population consists of general orthopedics, pre/post-ops, trauma, oncology, vestibular, TMJ, aquatics, and sports. We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, flexible, team oriented candidates to add to our growing team. A seasoned background is preferred to help us grow many of our service lines. Our clinic hours vary from 7 AM-7 PM Monday-Thursday and 7 AM-5 PM on Fridays. This position would be MWF in Southlake and TTh in Grapevine location. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
