Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Physical Therapist-Outpatient $5,000.00 Sign on bonus Weatherford, TX Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience Responsibilities BSW Rehab Weatherford and Aledo clinics are seeking a full time, physical therapist to join our team to split between our Weatherford and Aledo Clinics, working Weatherford 3 days and Aledo 2 short days. We provide high-level care to a wide variety of patients in a multi-discipline clinic(PT/OT) with general orthopedic, and high level neuro diagnoses and potential to treat oncology patients if interested. Candidate needs to be motivated, innovative, organized, eager to contribute to program development. The environment encourages clinician development including certifications and specializations depending on the passions of the clinician. Mentorship available and NEW GRADS ARE ENCOURAGED to apply! Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
