Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Grapevine, TX Physical Therapist - Outpatient Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Physical Therapist specializing in Pelvic Health, orthopedic and/or neurological, oncology rehabitation to join our multidisciplinary team in Grapevine. Ideal candidate must be passionate about serving the pelvic health/orthopedic/neurological/oncology populations, growing and maintaining relationships with our referral sources, and helping build our program. Clinic hours vary from 7A-7P Monday-Thursday and 7A-5P on Fridays. As a Physical Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan. Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using Therapy Source Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
