Job Title: Staff Physical Therapist Location: Avera Tyler Healthcare Center Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule. Settings: This position will treat patients in a variety of settings including home health, outpatient, SNF/LTC, and hospital inpatient. Caseload could be adjusted to suite your treating preferences.
