Description Burnett Medical Center is looking for a casual/fill-in Physical Therapist to join our team. We are a small Critical Access Hospital located in Grantsburg, WIsconsin. We're just over an hour from the Twin Cities area and very close to the St. Croix River. SHIFT & HOURS: Casual/fill-in, varied hours, includes some weekends RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides physical therapy treatment and services to residents in the nursing home, and to outpatient and hospital inpatients. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS Certification and licensure by the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Physical Therapist. BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will provide treatment and services to residents in the nursing home as well as to outpatient and hospital inpatients. This role involves working with a diverse patient population to improve their physical health and mobility.
