Description Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time Day Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Long-Term Care / Rehab We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team and help residents achieve and maintain their highest level of functioning, mobility, and overall well-being. This role provides physical therapy services as ordered by the physician and supports resident independence through individualized care plans.
