Requirements * Successful completion of accredited physical therapy program and state licensure exam. * Valid Physical Therapy license * 1 year of home health experience preferred * CPR certification * Valid Driver’s license * Valid Auto Insurance * HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred Physical Demands * Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, or kneel for extended periods. * Must be able to lift, carry, pull, or push up to 100 lbs..
