We provide personalized, one-on-one care to help patients recover, move better, and live pain-free. The Clinic is located at: Estrella Clinic 9250 W Thomas Road, Suite 250 Phoenix, Arizona 85037 Along with a Very Competitive Salary, we offer: $7,500 Sign-On Bonus Generous Productivity Bonus Profit Sharing 12 Patients/Day No Weekends Career Advancement Opportunities as we continue to grow.
