Develop and implement individualized plans of care that drive measurable results. Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in our EHR system. Reassess patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless, high-quality care. Empower patients through education, motivation, and hands-on clinical excellence. ✅ What You Bring Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (APTA). Current (or eligible) Florida Physical Therapist license. Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered care approach. Knowledge of APTA Code of Ethics and professional standards.
