Job Description Compass Government Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Comprehensive Readiness for Aircrew Flying Training (CRAFT) Program in Luke Air Force Base, Arizona. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to optimizing the health, recovery, and operational readiness of U.S. Air Force aircrew. This role plays a critical part in ensuring pilots and aircrew members return to flight safely and maintain peak performance in one of the most demanding operational environments. JOB DUTIES: Provide physical therapy services tailored to aircrew needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary HP team for integrated care. Maintain documentation and support curriculum development. Participate in research and process improvement. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program. 2+ years of experience within collegiate/professional sport, tactical, aerospace, or man-machine high-performance environment. *Setting specific experience can include Athletic Training practice only if dual credentialed as DPT and AT. Current CPR and AED certification. Current (or ability to obtain and maintain) Secret security clearance (T3 background investigation).
