Your Role as a Physical Therapist: * Travel to patients’ homes to provide personalized physical therapy services that support recovery and independence. * Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate each patient’s condition and rehabilitation needs. * Develop and implement goal-oriented treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers. * Guide and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants to ensure high-quality care Qualifications: * Unencumbered Florida Physical Therapy License (required). * Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation (required). * Experience with OASIS documentation (preferred). * CPR Certification (preferred). * Ability to delegate and supervise Physical Therapy Assistants (preferred).
