Staff Physical Therapists have the knowledge to assess and treat clients but may require some professional mentoring/guidance from the Senior Therapists. All Therapists may be responsible for the supervision of students. Human Resources Exemption: No Education * Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy Licenses * Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS) Knowledge and Abilities * Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing * Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships.
