Physical Therapy Director Warrenton outpatient physical therapy office is seeking a Physical Therapist Director to provide clinical leadership and promote a strong patient care culture. This is a full time position with a Monday-Friday schedule and an annual salary of $90,000-$120,000. The Physical Therapist Director will be responsible for guiding patients through care with clear goals and steady progress. This position also involves assisting staff, upholding documentation standards, and contributing to the clinic’s organized and professional operation. Responsibilities Evaluate new patients and establish appropriate care plans Provide outpatient physical therapy treatment Track patient progress and adjust treatment when clinically appropriate Lead clinical staff and assist with daily team coordination Review notes, care plans, and discharge documentation Support clinic standards for quality care and regulatory compliance Help manage patient scheduling, care flow, and communication needs Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient physical therapy experience required Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred Strong understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation The benefits package includes PTO, Health Insurance, and a 401K Plan with 3% Company Match.
