Director of Physical Therapy About the Position We are seeking a Director of Physical Therapy for an outpatient physical therapy office in Warrenton, VA. This is a full-time role with annual compensation of $90,000-$120,000 and a Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. This position is centered on clinical leadership, patient outcomes, and smooth clinic operations. The Director of Physical Therapy will help patients receive clear treatment plans and consistent follow-through while also supporting the staff responsible for delivering that care. Primary Responsibilities Oversee outpatient physical therapy operations and clinical service delivery Perform patient evaluations and establish treatment goals Provide direct treatment for post-surgical recovery, orthopedic concerns, pain, and movement limitations Guide staff with care progression, documentation, and patient communication Track outcomes and assist with treatment plan updates Review charts for completeness, compliance, and clinical quality Support scheduling flow, provider coordination, and daily clinic organization Help maintain a respectful, professional, and efficient care setting Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient physical therapy experience required Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning and documentation skills Ability to communicate clearly with patients, staff, and providers PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are looking for a director-level role where your clinical skill and leadership both matter, this position is worth a closer look.
