Physical Therapist Director Job Overview An outpatient physical therapy office in Clear Brook, VA is hiring a Physical Therapist Director for a full-time leadership position. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with annual compensation ranging from $90,000-$120,000. This role is a strong fit for a Physical Therapist who can balance direct treatment with team oversight. You will help patients work through recovery plans while also supporting documentation, staff communication, clinic standards, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Lead outpatient physical therapy services within the clinic Perform evaluations and develop patient-specific treatment goals Provide therapy for injuries, post-operative recovery, pain, weakness, and movement concerns Supervise clinical staff and provide guidance when care questions arise Review documentation, plans of care, and progress notes Support compliance with state licensing rules and payer requirements Help improve patient flow, scheduling processes, and clinical efficiency Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient physical therapy experience required Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred Strong understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation Professional communication and team leadership skills Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are looking for a leadership role with meaningful clinical involvement, this position offers a strong place to grow.
