Physical Therapist Director Quick Details Stephens City, VA Full-Time $90,000-$120,000 per year Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM About the Role This Physical Therapist Director position offers a balanced mix of patient care, clinical leadership, and day-to-day clinic oversight. The role is ideal for a Physical Therapist who understands outpatient rehabilitation and wants to help both patients and staff succeed. You will work with patients recovering from injuries, surgery, pain, balance concerns, and mobility limitations. You will also help the team stay aligned, organized, and focused on delivering consistent, high-quality care.
