Physical Therapist Director Job Description We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Director for an outpatient clinic in Winchester, VA. This role is ideal for a physical therapist who values quality patient care, thoughtful treatment planning, and the opportunity to take on a leadership role in a growing clinic. You will provide one-on-one care, manage a varied outpatient caseload, and help patients make steady progress through hands-on treatment, active rehab, and clear patient education. You will also help support the clinic’s growth by building trust with patients, referral sources, and the local community. Schedule Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Full-time, 40 hours per week Patient Volume Approximately 12 patient visits per 8-hour day at full caseload.
