Physical Therapist Director Location Stephens City, VA Position Type Full-Time Salary $90,000-$120,000 per year Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist Director for a full-time opportunity in an outpatient physical therapy office in Stephens City, VA. This position combines direct patient care with clinical oversight, staff development, and operational leadership. The Physical Therapist Director plays a key role in guiding treatment quality, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring the clinic operates in a professional, organized, and efficient manner. Responsibilities Lead outpatient physical therapy services and daily clinical workflows Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and progress reviews Create and adjust treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals Provide hands-on treatment for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or movement limitations Supervise clinical staff and support consistent care delivery Review documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance Assist with clinic performance goals, scheduling needs, and staff coordination Maintain strong communication with patients, providers, and internal team members Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient physical therapy experience required Prior leadership, clinic management, or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills Current CPR/BLS certification preferred Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Step into a clinical leadership position that allows you to guide patient care, support a skilled team, and help shape outpatient therapy services.
