Physical Therapist Director About This Opportunity This full-time Physical Therapist Director role is based in Middletown, VA and offers a salary range of $90,000-$120,000 per year. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. The clinic is looking for a Physical Therapist who can lead with clinical skill, good communication, and a thoughtful approach to patient care. You will help patients work toward better movement, reduced pain, stronger function, and greater independence in their daily lives. What You’ll Be Doing Evaluating new patients and creating treatment plans Providing direct outpatient physical therapy services Leading daily clinical activities within the clinic Supporting therapists and staff with care planning questions Reviewing progress notes, care plans, and discharge documentation Tracking patient progress and updating treatment plans as needed Helping maintain clinic policies, care standards, and compliance Supporting a respectful and organized clinic environment Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient physical therapy experience required Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills Clear communication skills and a steady leadership style Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are ready for a role with more responsibility and meaningful clinical involvement, this outpatient leadership position may be a great fit.
