Physical Therapist Director Job Summary Outpatient Physical Therapy Office in Strasburg, VA is hiring a Physical Therapist Director for a full time leadership position. Schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm. Annual compensation is $90,000-$120,000. This is a great fit for a Physical Therapist who can balance direct treatment with team oversight. You'll support documentation, staff communication, clinic standards, and day-to-day operations, while also helping patients work through recovery plans. Responsibilities Lead outpatient physical therapy services within the clinic Perform evaluations and develop patient-specific treatment goals Provide therapy for injuries, post-operative recovery, pain, weakness, and movement concerns Supervise clinical staff and provide guidance when care questions arise Review documentation, plans of care, and progress notes Support compliance with state licensing rules and payer requirements Help improve patient flow, scheduling processes, and clinical efficiency Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Active Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one Outpatient physical therapy experience required Previous leadership, supervisory, or clinic management experience preferred Strong understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation Paid Time Off Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Submit your CV today!
