With one-third of primary care visits related to musculoskeletal conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we are putting physical therapists at the front of care, equipped with diagnostic imaging in many clinics for faster, more accurate treatment. What Does Your Role Look Like? Manage a Balanced Caseload: Top performers treat an average of 11-12 patients per day, with one-on-one dedicated time with each patient. You can double-book only if it's not excessive, you are comfortable with it, and does not negatively impact care. Autonomy in Treatment: You’ve invested time and energy into mastering your craft, and we respect your philosophy on patient care. We give you the freedom to treat using innovative approaches and apply the skills you’ve gained through continuing education to deliver the best possible outcomes. Collaborate with a High-Level Team: Work alongside experienced therapists, sports specialists, and local medical professionals to deliver cutting-edge rehab. This role may also include supporting patients through RTM monitoring as needed. Responsibilities can include contacting patients to check in on progress with their Home Exercise Program (HEP) and communicating any recommended adjustments with the care team Why Choose Us?
