Job Responsibilities * Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations for new patients. * Diagnose conditions and assess their impact on patients’ activities. * Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and timelines. * Prescribe targeted interventions and exercises to promote recovery. * Monitor and document the effectiveness of interventions. * Educate patients on ongoing care and self-management strategies.
