Physical Therapist Location: Bonita Springs, FL near Naples, FL Position: Full-Time Work Setting: Private Physical Therapy Office Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Job Summary: We are hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for a private physical therapy office in Bonita Springs. In this role, you will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, provide one-on-one therapy, monitor progress, and help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function in daily life. Responsibilities: Assess patients and identify physical therapy needs and goals Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluations and progress Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy care Adjust treatment approaches based on patient presentation and outcomes Document visits, progress reports, and discharge summaries thoroughly Educate patients on exercises, movement habits, and treatment expectations Maintain communication with referral sources as needed Support an efficient and patient-focused clinic workflow Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one Current CPR certification Outpatient experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and patient education skills Ability to manage a full-time schedule in a consistent and organized way PTO Aetna Health Insurance Paid Holidays IRA Plan with a 3% Company Match Productivity Bonuses $1,200 CE annual allowance plan If you are ready for a role where your time with patients actually allows you to do your job well, we would love to connect with you.
