Physical Therapist Location: Pompano Beach, FL Position: Physical Therapist Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office Pay: $50–$55 per hour Office: Based in one Pompano Beach clinic only We are looking for a Physical Therapist in Pompano Beach, FL for a one-location outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role gives you the chance to treat patients with real-world movement challenges, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, joint pain, stiffness, weakness, and mobility issues. The day-to-day work includes evaluations, treatment planning, active rehab, hands-on care, and patient education. You will help patients understand their goals and move toward better function in a structured outpatient setting. Schedule Options Include: Four 10-hour days Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Responsibilities: Assess orthopedic patients and determine therapy goals Create treatment plans based on diagnosis, function, and patient needs Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and functional rehab Monitor patient response and adjust treatment when appropriate Teach home exercises and movement strategies Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time Collaborate with staff to support clinic flow and patient care Active Florida Physical Therapist License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience or outpatient clinical rotation experience Health insurance Dental and vision insurance 401K plan with company match 21 days PTO / 3 weeks PTO Full benefits included Flexible schedule options Explore a Pompano Beach PT role where your treatment plans help patients get back to the movements that matter.
