This PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Hallandale Beach, FL welcomes new graduates while also offering a strong setting for experienced PTs who enjoy orthopedic care. With 2 patients per hour, you’ll have room to develop your clinical style, ask good questions, and provide care that is thoughtful and organized. What You’ll Handle Evaluate orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients Create plans of care based on patient needs, goals, and function Treat patients recovering from pain, injury, surgery, weakness, or limited movement Use manual therapy, exercise-based treatment, balance training, mobility work, and functional strengthening Teach home exercise programs and safe movement habits Track patient improvement and adjust care plans Complete daily notes and progress documentation Communicate with PTAs and other clinic team members Active Florida PT License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Interest in outpatient orthopedics Willingness to learn, collaborate, and grow clinically Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office Clinic: PT-owned Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour Benefits Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Start your next PT chapter in a clinic where you can learn, contribute, and grow with purpose.
