Physical Therapist Location: Deerfield Beach, FL Position: Full-Time Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 per year, depending on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Job Summary We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity in Deerfield Beach, FL. This role is centered on helping patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and move through daily life with greater ease and confidence. You will evaluate each patient, create treatment plans based on their needs, and guide them through recovery with practical, one-on-one care that supports real progress. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations and treatment goals Develop individualized plans of care based on diagnosis and presentation Provide one-on-one treatment sessions using appropriate therapy techniques Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment as needed Educate patients on home exercises, recovery strategies, and injury prevention Complete documentation accurately and on time Communicate with providers and team members regarding patient care Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Active Florida Physical Therapist license Current CPR certification Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Outpatient experience preferred 3 Weeks Paid Time Off Health Insurance Dental Vision If you are ready for a role where your work can make a clear difference every day, we encourage you to take the next step.
