Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist Location: Delray Beach, FL Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Patient Volume: 1 patient per hour Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per year DOE plus full benefits Job Summary: We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. In this role, you will evaluate patient needs, provide treatment, and guide recovery through practical, goal-based care. This is a straightforward clinical opportunity for someone who wants a full-time schedule and the ability to spend meaningful time with each patient. Responsibilities: Evaluate new patients and create care plans Provide one-on-one therapy sessions based on patient goals Use evidence-based treatment methods to support recovery Monitor patient improvement and make updates to treatment plans Teach home exercise programs and movement strategies Complete notes and other documentation on time Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree Active Florida Physical Therapist license Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills Outpatient experience preferred, but not required New graduates are welcome to apply PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match If you are looking for a role where you can stay focused on patient care and work in a consistent outpatient setting, this may be the right next move.
