Physical Therapist Location: Lee’s Summit, MO Position: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour Salary: $65K–$70K for new graduates $80K–$90K for experienced Physical Therapists Job Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist for a full-time role in Lee’s Summit, MO. This position is ideal for a PT who wants enough time to properly evaluate patients, guide treatment plans, and track meaningful progress without feeling rushed from one appointment to the next. In this role, you will help patients improve movement, reduce pain, rebuild strength, and return to daily activities with greater confidence. With a patient volume of 1–2 patients per hour, you will have the time to provide focused, practical care while building strong clinical relationships. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and identify movement limitations, pain concerns, strength deficits, and functional goals Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and patient education Track patient progress and update plans of care as needed Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries accurately Communicate with patients, families, providers, and care teams when appropriate Support patients in improving function, mobility, balance, strength, and overall daily performance Maintain a safe, clean, and professional treatment environment Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Missouri New graduates are welcome to be considered Prior clinical experience is a plus for higher salary consideration Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload while maintaining quality care standards Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available Bring your PT career to a setting where quality time with patients is built into the schedule.
