Physical Therapist The Opportunity A PT-owned outpatient orthopedic office in Hallandale Beach, FL is looking for a Physical Therapist to treat patients in a professional, well-organized clinic setting. The role focuses on helping patients move better, recover safely, and return to daily life with improved strength and function. This position offers flexibility, full benefits, and a patient schedule of 2 patients per hour. What You’ll Do As the Physical Therapist, you will manage patient evaluations, create treatment plans, provide skilled therapy, and guide each patient through their recovery process. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Treat orthopedic injuries, surgical cases, pain conditions, and movement limitations Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, balance training, and functional rehab Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs Track outcomes and adjust plans of care as needed Supervise PTA care when needed Maintain timely documentation Communicate with patients and care team members in a clear, professional manner Active Florida PT License required DPT or MSPT Degree required Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Orthopedic outpatient interest preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Compensation and Schedule Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience Schedule: Flexible — 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office Benefits Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Flexible schedule PT-owned clinic setting If you’re looking for an outpatient role with balance and strong clinical focus, this could be your next move.
