Physical Therapist Opportunity Location: Raymore, Missouri Position: Full-Time Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 1–2 patients per hour Compensation: New Grad: $65,000–$70,000 annually Experienced PT: $80,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience Position Overview We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time opportunity in Raymore, MO. This role is designed for a PT who wants to provide thoughtful, structured care with enough time to properly support each patient. You will work with patients who need help improving mobility, managing pain, recovering from injury, building strength, and returning to regular daily activity. The pace allows you to focus on treatment quality, education, documentation, and steady patient progress. Key Responsibilities Complete initial evaluations and gather patient history, symptoms, and functional goals Build treatment plans that support mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and pain reduction Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and functional movement activities Provide manual therapy and other appropriate interventions within scope of practice Teach patients proper movement techniques and home exercise routines Review patient progress and adjust care plans when clinically appropriate Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all visits Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Missouri New graduates are welcome to be considered Prior clinical experience is a plus for higher salary consideration Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills Ability to manage a full-time caseload while maintaining quality care standards Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available If you are ready for a PT role with steady hours, fair patient volume, and room to grow, this could be a strong next step.
